I have a main 24 port switch from the Cisco Router (serving the internet) and I have close to 5 smaller 5 or 8 port switches on the same network at various location in the office. Will this cause a problem with network traffic within the network considering that Ethernet uses the collision detection protocol

I dont have much choices but to use switches in the network because i need more connections. in the office
